I am passionate about empowering clients to embark on a journey of self-discovery, helping them navigate their innermost aspirations, and working together in a collaborative partnership towards meaningful personal growth.

Brianna is a dedicated and caring therapist who holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Major in Psychology and Minor in Spanish and Hispanic Culture) from Saint Mary’s University. Brianna has also taken the opportunity to earn an Emotionally Focused Therapy Externship Certificate and participate in an Introduction to Art Therapy course, two courses she believes are helpful in enhancing her therapeutic practice.  Brianna has also completed training in Gottman Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2), Gottman couples therapy is a leading evidence based therapy approach for couples work.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that clients’ unique experiences must be honored and respected, and that building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for fostering growth and positive change. This is done through creating a welcoming, safe, anti-oppressive and nonjudgmental therapeutic space, where she hopes clients can feel accepted, listened to, and empowered to confidently navigate life’s challenges. Her goal is to equip clients with the right mental tools that will foster self-trust and resiliency. Brianna is deeply honored to join clients on their journey towards well-being.

As a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, Brianna is committed to providing quality care and support to clients seeking balance and well-being, using an eclectic, client-centered approach.
