How to Update Your Credit Card in Your Trillium Counselling Jane Account
If you attend sessions at Trillium Counselling and your therapist has enabled Jane Payments, you can securely add or update a credit card on file through your Jane client portal. This can be helpful if your card has expired, been replaced, or if you’d like to change which card is billed for your appointments.
Follow the steps below to update your credit card information.

1. Log in to your Trillium Counselling Jane Account
1. Go to our online booking page on the Trillium Counselling website.
2. Click **Sign In** to access your Jane account.
3. Enter the email and password associated with your Trillium Counselling profile.

2. Go to “My Account”
1. Once you’re logged in, look for your name or profile icon in the top corner.
2. Click on it and select **My Account** from the menu.

3. Open “Credit Cards on File”
1. In the **My Account** area, find and click on **Credit Cards on File**.
2. You’ll see any existing cards listed here (if you already have one on file).

4. Add a New Credit Card
1. Click the **Add New Card** button.
2. A secure form will appear where you can enter your new card details.
You’ll be asked to enter:
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- Security code (CVC/CVV)
- Country
- Postal code

5. Save Your Card
1. Review the information to make sure everything is correct.
2. Click **Save Credit Card** to store the new card on your profile.

6. Confirm Your Updated Card
After saving, you’ll be taken back to the **Credit Cards on File** page, where you should now see your new card listed.
This card can be used by your therapist to process payment for your online or in-person sessions, according to the clinic’s consent and payment policies.

If your card expires or needs updating, Jane will prompt you to enter a new card so there’s no interruption to your counselling sessions.
