Whether having experienced a singular traumatic event, or continued exposure to experiences that left an impact, Honora is ready to help you with recognizing the trauma responses, processing and healing. Honora has dedicated over 15 years to supporting families experiencing family violence, gender based violence and intimate partner violence.
Honora is a strong believer in having knowledge is having power and this includes having knowledge of why our brains, bodies and emotions respond in particular ways. She believes that by having this knowledge it assists in having power over the unhelpful responses and growing in more positive and beneficial ways.
Honora is also very passionate about supporting parents with parenting their children. Drawing on decades of experience working with children in therapeutic, educational and recreational settings, Honora is here to assist and support you in navigating the ups and downs of parenting to strengthen your attachment relationship with your kids and support your children with their growth and development.
