Beginning therapy is a courageous step, and it’s natural to feel a bit of uncertainty and discomfort at the start. I strive to honour that first move by creating a warm, virtual space where you feel genuinely seen and heard. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can explore and process your experiences with openness and honesty.

I believe in practicing holistically and adaptively; I focus on the person in front of me. For many clients, our work involves talking, reflecting, and restructuring self-limiting beliefs related to life challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, or burnout. However, for those who find talking it out difficult, I offer specialized approaches like EMDR and the Flash Technique. I use these tools to help clients process the roots of anxiety, trauma and negative beliefs about themselves without necessarily having to find the words or recount details out loud.

I am also passionate about helping people navigate relationship dynamics—from couples work to healing from narcissistic or abusive patterns. This often includes exploring attachment styles and how our histories shape how we connect with others today.

To support our work, I draw on a diverse toolkit of specialized training, including:

    • Anxiety and Trauma Processing (low-to-no talk necessary): EMDR and Flash Technique.
    • Reflective & Relationship Care: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method (Level 1), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
    • Practical Skills & Belief Restructuring: CBT and DBT Skills.

As a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Montreal, I am deeply committed to providing an inclusive, 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming space that welcomes individuals from all cultural backgrounds and walks of life.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, addiction, attachment challenges, or a life crisis, we will work together to find the pace and approach that feels safest and most effective for you.
