Our relationships — with others and with ourselves — shape how we experience the world. Brianna offers a reflective and supportive space where individuals and couples can explore relationship patterns and the dynamics that may be keeping them feeling stuck.

Brianna holds a Master of Arts in Theology: Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Martin Luther University College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is committed to ongoing professional growth and has continued her training through postgraduate studies, including gaining a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and attending workshops in attachment and mindful self-compassion. Brianna has also completed levels 1 and 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy, strengthening her work with couples and relationship dynamics.

Brianna works with individuals who are exploring their challenges with their mental health, direction in life, and overall emotional well-being. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps. Working together, Brianna supports clients in strengthening coping skills and developing a greater sense of self-understanding. Brianna recognizes that there is no one-size-fits-all path to growth and collaborates with her clients to create an individualized plan for their therapy.

In couples work, Brianna focuses on the powerful role relationships play in our lives. Partners often seek therapy when communication feels difficult, problems repeat, or their emotional connection is strained. Brianna helps couples slow down, understand each other’s perspectives, and identify the underlying patterns influencing their interactions. Through this process, couples can work to improve understanding of each other, strengthen emotional safety and develop healthier communication.

Whether working with individuals or couples, Brianna strives to offer a calming presence while actively supporting clients in addressing their goals. Brianna is committed to helping her clients build resilience and healthier relationships with themselves and others.
