Megan has a passion for adult mental health and overall wellness. She has experience working individuals and families from diverse backgrounds with a variety of challenges. The majority of her experience is with adults who have a dual diagnosis.

Recently she has completed the Clinical Foundations in Gottman Method Couples Therapy – a leading evidence-based approach for working with couples backed by 40 years of research. With this training and lived experience Megan recognizes the complexities of relationships and has a passion for helping couples to navigate various challenges. In addition to this Megan will be working on specializing in perinatal mental health.

Megan feels that as a social worker it is an honor to be in a position to support and empower people when they are vulnerable by helping people recognize their own strengths and teach healthy coping skills.

Megan earned her Master’s in Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. Prior to this Megan studied at the University of Waterloo completing her undergraduate degree in Social Development Studies and her Honors Bachelor of Social Work degree.

Megan Pass is a Registered Social Worker with eight years of experience in the social services field working with children, youth, adults, and families. As a new social worker, she brings a lot of enthusiasm and fresh perspectives to her practice. Megan values providing support with trauma informed lens and implements a strengths-based approach.
